摘　　要：地下管线建库关系错综复杂、难以管理,阐述了利用3S技术对地下管线普查与建库方案的设计,并结合校园地下管线实施以上方案,可以加快其普查和建库速度。The underground utilities construct the storehouse to relate intriguingly, manage with difficulty, to designs the underground utilities general survey using the 3S technology and constructs the storehouse plan and unifies the campus underground utilities to implement the above plan, may speed up its general survey and construct the storehouse speed.
