重庆统筹城乡环境保护的对策研究

摘　　要：重庆统筹城乡环境保护的对策为:调整环境政策,实行城乡环境保护并重政策方针;完善环境保护体制机制,促进城乡一体化建设;转移环境保护支付,加大农村环境保护投入;加强农村环境保护立法,为农村的环境建设提供法制保障;突破城乡分隔,开展城乡统筹环境综合整治;转变发展方式,建立生态产业体系;引入绿色GDP理念,着力完善考核评价体系;加大农村环境教育,提高农民环境保护意识.The methods of environmental protection in Chongqing urban and rural are to adjust environmental policy which urban and rural environmental protection policies are equally important; to improve Institutional mechanisms of environmental protection, and to promote the integration of urban and rural construction; to transfer payment of environmental protection which increases investment in rural areas; to strengthen the rural environmental protection legislation which can provide environment construction in rural with legal guarantee; to carry out the comprehensive management of coordinate environmental protection; to transform development way by establishing ecological industrial system; to introduce the concept of green GDP; to improve environmental education in rural areas, and farmer awareness of environmental protection.
