摘  要:以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)或聚硫醚(PSE)为原料,以环硫氯丙烷或三乙烯四胺为固化剂,在明胶分散作用下,制备了两种带石英砂核的含N、S功能树脂。通过元素分析测定、红外分析、X射线光电子能谱解析等方法对所制备的两种带石英砂核的含N、S功能树脂的分离机制进行研究。结果表明,实验研究的N2、S2树脂分离Pd2+系同一配位原子占主导地位,而Pt4+则为不同配位原子;IR-XPS解析N2、S2树脂对Au3+、Hg2+、Pd2+、Pt4+吸附结果,揭示树脂中空间位阻小的N原子(—C—NH—CH2—)优先吸附离子;而硫原子以-SH为优先吸附基团;同时S2树脂不稳定,含硫树脂的价态易变,离子与S配位后可能使树脂链断裂析出含硫金属盐,而对Au3+、Pt4+软酸与给电子配体形成配位键后,两配位或三配位将改变离子的最终价态,使Au3+、Pt4+配位后出现负化合价态现象,加速Au3+、Pt4+吸附状态的不稳定性,易以单质、盐等形式析出。Using Polyethyleneimine ( PEI ) or poly-sulfide ( PSE ) as raw materials, chloromethyhhiirane or triethylenetetramine as curing agent, depending on dispersed role of gelatin, two silica core carried function resins containing sulfur and nitrogen and were prepared. Two silica core carried function resins containing sulfur and nitrogen and were prepared, and the separating mechanism of two function resins were studied with the methods of element determination,infrared analysis and X radial photoelectron energy spectrum analysis. The absorption results indicated that Pd^2+ was in director poison when separated with N2 or S2 resin, while Pt^4+ did not belong to coordinating atom. The adsorption effect of N2 or S2 resin for Au^3+ , Hg^2+ , Pd^2+ and Pt^4+ was analyzed by IR-XPS. The adsorption results showed that the nitrogen atom(-C-NH-CH2-) with less space steric hindrance preferred to absorb ions,and the sulfur atom with-SH was priority absorption group. The S2 resin was instable in chemical valence, the coordination of ion with sulfur might make the chain of resin break and precipitate metal salt containing sulfur. After the coordination of Au^3 + or Pt^4+ with ligand supplied electron, the final valence of ion would change, which caused that Au^3+ or Pt^4+ appeared negative valence after coordination. The valence change of ion would accelerate the instability of absorption state of Au^3+ or Pt^4+ and precipitate simple substance or salt.
