摘　　要：社会中间组织是独立于政府与市场主体的一种新的经济法主体,为经济法实现协调国家经济运行的立法目的提供了广阔的理论前景。本文在界定了社会中间组织的概念、特征及分类的基础上,重点分析了其作为经济法主体的内在逻辑,并对其在协调经济运行过程中与政府之间的关系做了阐述。The social intermediary organization, a new part of the economic law, is independent of the government and the market. It provides broad theoretical prospects for economic law to achieve the aim of coordination in national economic operation. Based on the definition of the concept and features of social intermediary organizations and their classifications, the paper analyzes the inherent logics of the organizations as economic bodies, and expatiates their relationship with the government in the coontination of economic operation.
