摘　　要：分析了电阻应变式传感器的结构原理和基本技术参数,以及由于超载导致传感器损坏的故障表现等,提出了对超载故障的检查判断要点和几种简易快速的维修方法。实践证明,通过这些维修方法,能够使许多电子秤恢复正常工作,并为从事电子秤检定、维修的人员提供技术参考。Electron balance is widely used, and its sensor is easy attenuated by overload. In this article, the configuration and basic technique parameters of resistance strain sensor have been analyzed, as well as the failure phenomena for sensors attenuated by overload. Then the examine methods and some facility repair methods for the faults caused by overload are proposed. The practical results prove that many overloaded electron balances can be normally used with these maintain methods, and also, these methods can be technique references for those person who are verifying or maintaining electron balances.
