摘  要:针对目前现有在用车汽车底盘测功机测量误差大、稳定性和兼容性差等问题,应用相似理论分析和室内台架模拟汽车性能检测试验及道路试验,提出了在不提高制造成本的前提下提高汽车底盘测功机检测数据可信度的几个关键技术。研究结果表明改进底盘测功机台架的机械结构减少内部损失功率、建立加速、滑行等主要测量数据修正模型、优化测功机控制系统软硬件方式、采用双量程传感器等措施可以整体提高汽车底盘测功机的性能。现场测试数据说明,采用以上技术后汽车底盘测功机测试系统的技术指标可以大幅度提高。The way to improve the accuracy of measurements,and to improve the stability and compatibility of chassis dynamometers is disscussed in this article.Based on the simulation of vehicle performance inspection by indoor bench test and real road test, the similarity theory has been provided. Several key techniques have been proposed to raise the performance of the vehicle chassis dynamometers without increasing in manufacturing costs. The results show that the automobile chassis dynamometer performance will be integrally improved with those measures such as reducing internal loss power by improvement the mechanical structure of chassis dynamometers, establishing the correction models for accelerate and coasting-down mechanism, optimizing the software and hardware of the control system, using double-range sensors, and so on.The test data indicate these techniques can greatly improve the performance of the testing system if automobile chassis dynamometers.
