超声法提取鸦胆子油的研究

摘　　要：采用单因素实验法和正交实验法,以鸦胆子油提取率为考察指标,对超声法提取鸦胆子油的工艺进行了优化。确定鸦胆子油的最佳提取工艺条件为:先用氯仿按1:6的料液比浸泡药材16h,再在50℃下超声提取3h,提取率可达9.59%。该方法操作简便、提取率高,可用于鸦胆子油的提取。The ultrasonic extraction technique of fatty oil from Brucea javanica was optimized through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate of Brucea javanica oil as index. The optimum extraction technology was to be soaked with 6 times of chloroform for 16 h and then to be ultrasonic extracted for 3 h at 50℃. The fatty oil extraction rate was 9.59%. The optimum extraction technique is simple to conduct with high extraction rate and could be used to extract Brucea javanica oil.
