改良灌肠法治疗老年习惯性便秘的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良灌肠法解除老年习惯性便秘的疗效。方法将80例老年便秘患者按年龄及性别匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组以改良式清洁灌肠法灌肠治疗，对照组以传统清洁灌肠法灌肠治疗。对2组患者灌肠液保留时间、解除便秘的排便次数及治疗后便秘复发率进行比较。结果观察组灌肠液保留时间长于对照组，解除便秘的排便次数少于对照组，治疗后便秘复发率低于对照组。结论改良灌肠法治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效优于传统清洁灌肠法。Objective To investigate the curative effects of the modified coloclysis method on constipation in gerontal patients. Methods 80 cases of gerontal patients with constipation were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified coloclysis method and traditional coloclysis method was used in the control group. The duration of liquid retention time in enteric cavity, the times of defecation after coloclysis and relapse rate of constipation were recorded and compared. Results The retention time of liquid in enteric cavity was longer, the times of defecation after coloclysis was less and relapse rate of constipation was lower in the observation group than those in the control group. Conclusions The modified coloclysis method to treat gerontal constipation is better than the traditional coloclysis method.
