农村女性流动人口与城市的社会融合——基于河南省的调查与思考

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,越来越多的农村女性流入城市。占流动人口近半数的农村女性与城市社会的融合状况是关系到城市化进程和社会主义和谐社会构建的重要问题。对河南省农村女性流动人口的调查资料的分析表明,农村女性流动人口虽然工作、生活在城市,但她们很难体验城市的生活方式,价值观也很难改变,她们并没有真正融入到城市而被排斥和隔离在城市主流社会之外。造成这种状况的原因主要有自身素质因素、制度性歧视、文化性歧视等。With the rapid growth of urbanization, more and more rural women flew into cities. The integration of rural women taking 50 percentages of floating population and urban society is a great problem associated with urbanization and the construction of socialist harmonious society. The investigation of rural floating women in Henan Province shows that it is difficult for them to experience the urban living styles and values although they work and live in cities. And they didn＇ t integrate into cities and were excluded from the mainstream urban society. The main reasons are their qualities, systematic discrimination, cultural discrimination, and so on.
