试论扩大内需方针的理论依据

摘　　要：自1998年下半年我国政府就提出实施扩大内需的方针。2008年9月以来,为应对由金融海啸引发的世界经济危机,我国出台了更加有力的扩大国内需求的措施。扩大内需方针长期延续并成为我国经济全面、协调、可持续发展的长期战略方针和基本立足点。从理论上看,马克思的供需平衡理论以及凯恩斯等西方经济学家的有效需求理论是实施扩大内需方针的重要依据。Since the second half of 1998, our government has policy of expanding domestic demand. From the September of 2008, our government introduced more powerful countermeasures to expand domestic demand to deal with worldwide crisis. The adoption and continuation of this policy have become our country＇ s long - term strategic policy and the foothold of the harmonious and sustainable development of our economy. Theoretically speaking, Marx＇ s theory of Supply and Demand Equilibrium and the theory of Effective Demand of Keynes are the important theoretical basis of expanding domestic demand.
