摘  要:骨架密实型的沥青混合料具有较好的综合路用性能,骨架密实结构一般可以分为紧密接触的骨架密实和松散接触骨架密实两种。骨架密实结构的检验是通过一定的室内试验对成型的沥青混合料的级配进行检验和调整。作者通过两个项目中改良的AK13型混合料配合比设计实例,应用VCADRF法及VCAAC法进行级配检验,发现VCADRF法可以有效地用于骨架型混合料的级配设计和检验,但VCAAC法并不适用于混合料骨架密实结构的检验。作者同时探讨了检验骨架密实结构的标准,认为粗集料干捣实间隙率VCADRC和松装间隙率VCADRL可以作为骨架结构形成的判定标准。Skeleton-density asphalt mixture possess better synthetical pavement properties, and The mix the skeleton-density structure can be divided into intimate contact and loose c inspection of skeleton framework formation is to inspect and modify the grade of ture by laboratory test. Based on two groups of modified AK-13 asphalt mixture ontact. asphalt design experiments, the authors inspected the mineral aggregate grade based on the methods of VCA,~F and VCAAC. The authors found that the method of VCADRF,can design and inspect mineral aggregate grade skeleton formation effectively, but the one of VCAAC is not suitable for the inspection of the skeleton-density in asphalt mixture. The authors also discussed the criterions of the skeleton-density structure, and thinks that VCADRC (the voids in coarse aggregate on the dryroddedcondition) andVCADRL (the voids in coarse aggregate on the loose condition) can be the standard of criterions of skeleton formation of asphalt mixture.
