摘  要:目的建立甘草双波长HPLC指纹图谱及其融合谱,用系统指纹定量法鉴定其质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,运用双波长融合谱技术分别对10批产地甘草提取具有代表性和互补性的203和254 nm的局部色谱图,融合生成对照指纹图谱(RFP)。用系统指纹定量法通过对双波长谱及其融合谱的评价,实现对10批不同产地甘草真实质量的鉴别。并对甘草化学指纹进行破坏性试验考察。结果基于203 nm HPLC指纹谱与融合谱的系统指纹定量法评价结果基本一致,用主成分分析和F值证明了融合谱优于此双波长HPLC指纹图谱可用于甘草药材质量控制。结论203和254 nm及融合谱的含量相似度Pm有一定波动是由于不同波长谱反映的化学成分的信号大小有一定的差异,导致评价的结果有出入。基于此双波长融合谱的系统指纹定量法的评价结果反映化学指纹信息全面、真实可靠,可清晰准确鉴别甘草真实质量。Objective To establish dual wavelength HPLC fingerprints and their fusion fingerprints of Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae (RRGH) to identify RRGH quality by the systematic quantified fingerprint method. Methods RPHPLC was used. Ten batches of characteristic fingerprints under 203 nm and 254 nm were extracted and calculated the referential fingerprint (RFP), in which the technique of dual wavelength fusion fingerprint was applied. The dual wavelength fingerprints and their fusion HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of RRGH were evaluated by systematic quantified fingerprint method. Degradation tests were completed. Results The evaluating results were basically the same between 203 nm and fusion fingerprints. The fusion fingerprints were better than the dual wavelength fingerprints, which was proved by principal component analysis and F values, and might be applied in the quality control of RRGH. Conclusion The reason for the little difference in Pm among 203 nm, 254 nm and fusion fingerprints was that the different chemical composition fingerprint signals were not similar under different uhraviolet wavelengths. Systematic quantified fingerprint method based on the technique of dual wavelength fusion fingerprint is effective, accurate and may identify the authentic quality of RRGH.
