摘　　要：由于接入网环境复杂,用户需求多种多样,而且随着对带宽要求的不断增大,对资源管理的要求提高,传统的接入网技术已经不能满足需求,为此MSAP技术应运而生。本文介绍了一种基于MSAP技术的接入网的设计方案,并讨论了其关键技术。The solution for access network is variety for complex environment and different needs of users. The need for band is growing, and the improvement for network management is also required. MSAP came into being when the traditional access technology can＇ t content the need any longer. In this paper the authors bring out a design of AN based on MSAP and briefly introduce some relevant knowledge.
