用(NH_4)_3PO_4辅助还原的Sr_3Al_2O_6:Eu的发光特性

摘　　要：用(NH4)3PO4作辅助还原剂,在炭热还原气氛中制备的Sr3Al2O6:Eu,在360nm左右的紫外光激发下,仅有二价铕离子发出黄绿色荧光,与二价铕离子激活的其它发光材料不同,用250nm左右的紫外光激发时,能同时观察到二价铕离子和三价铕离子的特征发射光谱。Phosphor Sr3 Al2 O6：Eu was synthesized in thermal carbon reduction atmosphere with （NH4 ）3 PO4 as the assisted reducing agent. The characterized emission of Eu^2＋ can be observed when the phosphor is excited by the ultra violet with the wavelength of 360nm, and the characterized emissions of Eu^2＋ and Eu^3＋ can be observed at the same time when it is excited by the ultra violet with the wavelength of 250nm.
