摘　　要：TOPSIS法是一种常用的多目标决策方法,它以正负理想解作为统一的参照基准来比较方案的优劣。本文运用最小二乘法解决判别一致性问题,从而建立两两比较的TOPSIS法,并进行实例分析。分析结果表明,该方法简明实用。TOPSIS method is a muhiobjective decision method in common use. Projects are compared with positive and minus ideal solution. The author solved the problem of the discriminant consistency using minimum squares method, and TOPSIS method based on pairwise comparison was built and an actual example show that the method is concise and practical.
