排污泵站的技术改造

摘　　要：某些污水处理厂采用一种立式排污泵作为提升泵,由于实际装置扬程低,其效率远远低于设计效率。本研究采用卧式轴流泵替代原有的立式排污泵作为提升泵站的干式泵,对一污水处理厂的排污泵站进行了技术改造。改造后,大大提高了泵性能和泵站经济效益。本技术改造结果对类似工程情况具有较好的设计和技术改造指导作用。A kind of vertical sewage pump is used as upgrade pump in some sewage treatment plants. Because the actual set lift is a little lower, the efficiency is less than that of design. Therefore, instead of primary vertical sewage pump, axial pump is used as drytype pump in sewage pump station. The sewage pump station of a sewage treatment plant is reformed. After the reform, the performances and economic benefits are greatly improved. The results of the technical reform are of references for the design and reform of similar projects.
