摘　　要：体育运动所致膝关节前交叉韧带损伤是比较常见的.从治疗上看,大的方面可分为韧带本身的修补和韧带功能的重建.目前进行较多的是功能重建.功能重建可分为关节外手术和关节内手术.通过这几年的发展和跟踪研究,主要趋向于关节镜下重建,材料选"骨-中1/3髌韧带-骨",且取得了满意的效果.Injury of anterior cruciate ligament frequently occurs in the sports, reconstructed its function is key of treatment, and presently the latter is more popular. Reconstruction of its function includes surgery in the inner joint and outer joint. The. recent years＇ development and trail study tends to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament with the help of arthroscopy. The material was bone-1/3 patllabone,a good effect was gotten.
