摘　　要：科学探究是化学新课程改革的突破口,"以实验为基础"的化学学科特征决定了化学实验是实施科学探究的主要方式.本文介绍了科学探究及微型化学实验,探讨高师院校基础化学实验教学中利用微型化学实验开展科学探究的实践,并提出实施途径..Scientific inquiry is the gap of chemistry curriculum reformation. The characteristic of chemistry, which is ＂on the base of experiment＂, determines that chemical experiment is the important form of scientific inquiry. This paper introduces microscale chemistry experiment and scientific inquiry, and attempts to show the practice of carrying out scientific inquiry by means of microscale chemistry laboratory in basical chemistry experiment teaching in higher normal institution,and puts forward ways of carrying out.
