摘　　要：财务风险是企业必须面对的一种非常重要的的风险,对企业的生存和发展有着举足轻重的作用。因此,研究企业财务风险对企业来说非常必要。文章以企业财务风险为研究对象,探讨企业财务风险的防范与控制问题。文章首先介绍了有关企业财务风险的概念和特征,然后分析了企业财务风险形成的原因并针对财务风险形成的原因提出了相应的防范与控制方法。Financial risk is a risk that enterprises have to face, which is very important to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the study of the financial risks of enterprise is very necessary to the enterprise. With the financial risks of enterprise as the research object, this paper discusses its prevention and control problems. It first introduces the concept and characteristics, then analyzes the reasons of the formation and proposes the corresponding prevention and control method.
