摘　　要：随着经济全球化和科学技术的快速发展,虚拟物流企业联盟已经成为物流企业开展业务获取竞争优势的重要运作方式。虚拟物流企业联盟成员间关系对于虚拟物流企业联盟的成功运作起着至关重要的作用,但虚拟物流企业联盟在组建和运作的过程中存在着诸多影响其成员关系稳定性的原因和因素。为消除这些不稳定因素,有必要采用一系列措施以增强成员关系的稳定性。With rapid development of economic globalization and science technology, virtual logistics enterprises alliance has already become important organization form of logistics enterprises to obtaining competition advantage in their business. But during the formatting and operating of virtual logistics enterprises alliance, there are a lot of reasons and factors affecting the stability of memberships. In order to eliminate factors of instability, a series of the stability measures should be used to strengthen memberships.
