摘　　要：分时电价体系是电力系统需求侧管理中最有效的经济手段之一.分析了分时电价的影响因素及现状问题,提出了分时电价制定时需遵循的基本原则,建立了分时电价的数学模型,并通过算例分析验证了分时电价的优越性.The timesharing electricity price is one of the most effective economic means in demand side management of power system. The influencing factors and current problems of timesharing electricity price are analyzed, the basic rules that should be obeyed in making electricity price are proposed, the mathematical module is built. The advantage of timesharing electricity price is proved by analysis of examples.
