河北省普通高校《学生体质健康标准》测试数据的分析与对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料、测试法、逻辑分析、专家问卷、数理统计等研究方法,对河北省普通高校《学生体质健康标准》测试数据进行分析得知河北省普通高校学生的体质健康现状不容乐观,总体平均水平低于全国同龄汉族学生的平均水平,其中女生的差距较大.通过专家问卷调查结果提出了河北省普通高校《学生体质健康标准》的改进对策.Based on documents and materials, testing method, logical analysis, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the testing data of physique and health criteria for college students of Hebei Province. It is found that the physique and health status of college students of Hebei Province is unsatisfactory; the provincial average level is below the national average level of Han Nationality students of the same age range ; the gap is particularly large for female students. Therefore, the paper proposes methods for their improvement.
