摘　　要：目的探讨医学伦理委员会在活体肾移植中的实践方法。方法成立医学伦理委员会,并制定工作流程,对通过移植专家初步医学及伦理学筛查的43例申请亲属活体肾移植的供受者进行医学伦理学评估,判断是否满足执行手术的伦理学要求。结果43例受者中,6例未通过伦理委员会的伦理学审核;最终实施肾移植手术32例,术后无伦理问题方面的投诉。结论医学伦理委员会将医学、伦理学、法学有机结合,保护了医者、供者、患者三方的利益。Objective To explore the methods for implementing Medical Ethical Committee in living relative donor renal transplantation. Methods Established the Medical Ethical Committee and developed its work flow flor living relative donor renal transplantation, then 43 cases who passed the preliminary medical and ethical evaluation, were evaluated by the Medical Ethical Committee to judge whether they satisfied the ethical demands of operation or not. Results Six cases were denied by the Medical Ethical Committee, 32 received renal transplantation; there were no ethical disputes. Conclusion The Medical Ethical Committee combines medicine, ethics and law perfectly, and can protect the benefits of medical staff, donor and recipient.
