摘　　要：阐述了赵坤教授中医治疗小儿咳嗽的个人经验,指出治咳应根据儿童咳嗽的特点,在辨证辨病结合的前提下,注重调畅肺部气机和祛痰两个方面,在恢复肺的宣降功能的同时,以达到痰祛咳止的目的。Elaborated professor Zhao Kun＇ s personal experience on TCM treatment of children cough, pointing out that to seize the children cough emphasize the characteristics of disease in combination under differentiation of symptoms and signs, pay attention to regulating the lung-qi and removing the phlegm, in the restore ventilating the lung and resolving phlegm in order to achieve the goal that the phlegm dispels and coughs stopping.
