摘  要:在科学发展观指引下,检视我国法学教育的发展,就目前阶段来说,实践性教学确属薄弱环节。与案例教学法和诊所式教学法相比,模拟法庭教学法是效果最好的实践性教学方法。针对目前模拟法庭教学中存在的"偶然一次的重大活动式"、"做秀式"等问题,模拟法庭教学还应从多方面加以改进,比如,从制度上加以保障,纳入到教学计划的强制要求中,并在具体实施中切实做到以学生为主体,以锻炼学生的职业实务能力为唯一目的。Under the guidance of the concept, viewing the development of legal education at the present stage in our country, the practical teaching is weak indeed. Comparing with the case teaching and the clinical teaching, the moot court teaching is the best practical one. In view of the current problem during such practical teaching, such as "accidental time treat it as the significant activity", "show- style" and so on, moot court teaching should be improved in many ways, for example, it should be ensured from the teaching - system and be integrated into the teaching program. In the process of specific implementation, students should be treated as the main body and training the practical ability of students should be the only purpose.
