摘  要:以相图热力学计算为基础,计算了ZA52-xY镁合金的垂直截面图,设计了三种ZA52-xY镁合金(Y的质量百分含量分别为0%,0.5%和1.0%).采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及微机控制电子万能试验机,对添加不同Y含量的ZA52镁合金进行了显微组织观察和室温拉伸性能测试.结果表明,随着Y元素的加入,ZA52合金的晶粒组织细化,合金的抗拉强度和延伸率都得到提高.固溶时效处理的ZA52-xY合金的显微组织由-αMg,Al2Y,Al3YMg17Al12和MgZn2组成.当ZA52合金中加入0.5%Y时,合金的抗拉强度达到251 MPa.On the basis of the calculation results of phase diagram thermodynamics, the phase diagram of ZA52-xY system alloys was calculated using Calphad software PANDAT. Three kinds of ZA52-xY alloys with different Y additions(0%, 0. 5% and 1. 0%) were prepared and the microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated by the optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electro-hydraulic servo materials test machine. The results show that the grain sizes of the test alloys were greatly reduced with addition of element Y. Both ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and elongation (EL) value were improved at room temperature. After solution and age treatment, the mierostructure of ZA52-xY alloy consist of the phases α-Mg, Al2Y, Al3Y, Mg17Al12 and MgZn2. When the percentage composition of Y increases to 0.5%, the tensile strength of the alloy achieved 251 MPa.
