天津商业大学在校大学生心理健康状况调查与分析

摘　　要：采用SCL-90,随机抽取天津商业大学180名在校大学生进行心理健康状况测评,结果表明:大学生的心理健康状况明显低于全国青年组常模(p<0.05,p<0.01),有中重度心理问题的检出率为10.62%;并在人际关系敏感、焦虑两个因子上存在着显著性的性别差异(p<0.05),且从总体上来说,男生的心理健康状况好于女生;在高、低年级之间没有心理健康状况的显著差异,但发现年级不同,心理问题的偏向有所不同。并在进一步分析大学生心理健康问题成因的基础上,提出从心理健康教育课程体系的建构、心理咨询、心理健康调查与跟踪和校园精神文化建设等途径加强大学生心理健康教育。The paper adopts SCL-90, and randomly selects 180 undergraduates of Tianjin University of Commerce for test. The results show that the level of the undergraduates＇ psychological health is lower than the national norm of the young group（p 〈0. 05 ,p 〈 0. 01 ）, and the detected rate of moderate and severe psychological problems is 10.62 percent; there is an obvious gender difference in two factors of interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety（p〈0.05 ）, and in general, male＇ psychological health conditions are better than female＇ ; and there is no obvious difference in psychological health conditions in junior and senior undergraduates, but there exist different psychological problems. The paper analyses the causes of undergraduates＇ psychological health problems, and offers some proposals for strengthening undergraduates＇ psychological health education by establishing psychological health educational system, giving psychological counseling, making psychological health survey and tracking the undergraduates＇ psychological health conditions, and strengthening spiritual and cultural construction on campus.
