摘 要:分析了高瓦斯易自燃超大俯采工作面的防灭火工作具有两端压差大、漏风强度大、不易灌浆和火与瓦斯共存等难点,给出了大佛寺矿40104超大俯采工作面煤自燃指标气体的选择及预测预报系统的实施方法,详细阐述了工作面回采时期和停采撤架时期的防灭火技术实施方案和参数,重点介绍了回采时期提高回采速度、采用三相泡沫大范围覆盖浮煤和采用凝胶封堵漏风的综合防灭火技术,以及停采时期边拆边注和架间插管灌注防灭火介质的新方法.实践证明该方案能够有效的保证工作面的顺利开采。In this paper, we analyzed the difficulties, such as the high pressure difference between two ends, large amount of air leakage, difficult in grouting, and the coexistence of fire and methane, in fire prevention for high-gassy-easy-spontaneous-combustion super large underhand working faces, selected index gases of coal spontaneous combustion and implementation methods of the fire forecast system for 40104 super large underhand working face in Dafoshi coal mine, and described in detail the implementation programs of the fire-fighting technology and technical parameters. In addition, we introduced the comprehensive technology of fire prevention and extinguishing in which three-phase foam is used to cover a wide range of float coal and gel to stop air from leaking out. The result shows that the program can effectively ensure the safe mining, which provided a valuable experience for the fire prevention for high-gassyeasy-spontaneous-combustion super large underhand working faces.
