摘　　要：科技型企业在经济发展中起到举足轻重的作用,针对科技型企业的研究逐渐兴起,资金作为科技型企业成功的决定性因素,其来源和方式受到学者们的关注,从技术研发到产品上市资金直接影响科技型企业成功的每一个阶段。本文首先阐述和界定科技型企业融资渠道和技术创新绩效评价指标,然后对5个典型地区262家科技型企业展开调研,运用定量方法研究资金渠道对科技型创业企业技术创新绩效的影响。High-tech Enterprise plays a significant role in economic development. With the research on High-tech becoming popular, and capital becoming a determinative factor on success of High-tech, its sources and channels is concerned by scholars increasingly. Factors from R＆D for new technique to the finally transfer from tech to product in the market capital can determine whether the High-tech new venture will survival and be successful directly. This paper describes the Hightech financing sources in category and presents the enterprise innovation performance evaluation index. With the investigation on 262 high-tech new ventures in 5 districts, this paper analyzes how the financing sources influence the high-tech enterprise innovation value.
