摘　　要：自2004年6月教育部"985工程"二期建设的部署启动实施以来,我校实现了跨越式发展,整体实力得到了明显提高,本文介绍了我校在探索与创新科技平台管理体制和运行机制方面的具体措施,总结了在科技平台/基地建设、高层次人才队伍及创新团队建设、科研能力、学科建设等方面取得的显著成绩并提出了几点体会,希望对高校在科技平台体制改革方面有所帮助。The overall strength of our university has been improved obviously in the second phase of the ＂985 project＂ since June,2004. The article introduces some idiographic measures in exploring and innovating the management system and mechanism of science and technology platform. Moreover, prominence results on the construction of science and technology platform, excellent person with ability and innovative group, the ability of science research and subject are summarized. Finally relevant experiences in order to help the reform on the system of science and technology platform in colleges and universities have been discussed.
