摘　　要：职业康复是工伤康复的重要手段,对促进工伤职工重返工作岗位有重大意义。本文介绍了基于医疗康复机构的职业康复方法,即通过应用职业咨询与指导、职业培训与评估,开发残疾人职业潜能,在此过程中使其改善身体运动功能、提高生活的自信心、掌握职业技能、参与社会生活实践、重塑劳动纪律观念。Vocational rehabilitation was an important treatment for the working injury, and played a significant role in placement of the disabled person. Here we described the vocational rehabilitation applied in the medical rehabilitation institution. During this treatment, the patient improved their physical functioning, reformed their confidence on the life, learned the working ability, participate in social and finally their sense of discipline were strengthened.
