甘肃平凉市外资结核病项目的效果、效益评价及可持续控制对策

摘　　要：[目的]通过平凉市外资结核病控制项目的防治效果及社会经济效益评价,为结核病控制的可持续发展提供技术和政策依据。[方法]根据平凉市结核病报表资料分析肺结核患者发现和治疗效果。[结果]项目期累计接诊肺结核病人和疑似病人30086例,发现活动性肺结核病人7236例,其中新涂阳肺结核病人4071例,新涂阳病人发现率由33.7%提高到72.6%,治愈率由83.7%提高到93.8%,项目间接经济效益10628.2万元,投入产出比为1︰17.6。[结论]平凉市结核病控制项目取得了圆满成功。解决投入问题,强化体系建设,巩固防治网络,开展技术创新,拓宽防治领域是实施结核病控制规划和可持续发展的根本对策。[ Objective ] To evaluate the control efficiency and social economic benefit of foreign investment tuberculosis control project in Pingliang, so as to provide technique and policy reference for the sustainable development of controlling pulmonary tuberculosis. [ Methods ] The effectiveness of finding cases and treatment could be analyzed by tuberculosis information in Pingliang. [ Results] In this project, 30, 086 pulmonary tuberculosis patients or suspects received medical consultation. and 7 236 active puhnonary tuberculosis patients were detected. Among these patients. 4 071 of them were new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The detection rate of new smear positive patients increased from 33.7% to 72.6%. and the curative rate of new smear positive patients increased from 83.7% to 93.8%. The indirect economic benefit of the tuberculosis control project was 106 282 000Yuan, and the ratio of input to output was 1 ： 17.6. [Conclusion] Pingliang puhnonary tuberculosis control project have gain a great progress. To resolve the investment, strengthen the system construction, consolidate the net- work of controlling tuberculosis, develop technique recreation and widen prevention areas are the fundamental countermeasures for implementing tuberculosis control and sustainable development.
