摘　　要：[目的]了解农村防保机构人力资源现状。[方法]采用问卷调查、深入访谈以及小组访谈,调查江西、贵州、广西及浙江省乡镇防保机构的人员素质结构。[结果]防保人员专业以临床为主,学历、职称普遍较低,参加在职学历教育机会少。[结论]应加大政府投入,稳定防保队伍,增加公共卫生中等教育,实行防保人员准入制度,并建立健全防保人员继续教育制度,提高防保人员素质。[Objective] To investigate the current status of human resource in township prevention and health care organizations. [ Methods] Questionnaires, in-depth interview and focus group discussion were employed to investigate the quality structure of personnel in township prevention and health care organizations in Jiangxi. Guizhou, Guangxi and Zhejiang provinces. [Results] The main major of prevention and health care personnel was clinical, and most of them bad lower education level and job title. Moreover, they had few opportunities of further education. [Conclusion] The government should improve funds for prevention and health care. stable preventive medical staffs, increase middle-education for public health, carry out the admitted system for preventive medical staffs, and establish further educational system for preventive medical staff, and increase the quality of medical staffs.
