三门峡市部分HIV感染者感染、发现途径分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解2006-2007年三门峡市HIV抗体确证阳性人群的感染途径、发现途径构成比，为今后控制HIV感染提供科学依据。[方法]对该市这两年筛查阳性的59份血清标本进行确证检测，并从确证阳性标本的背景资料中统计分析感染、发现途径。[结果]2006年HIV抗体确证阳性人群的感染途径构成比：输血占21．05％、注射吸毒占10．53％．配偶阳性，垂直传播均占5.26％。HIV感染发现途径构成比：自愿检测占57．89％，羁押人员体检、医院就诊病人、监管注射吸毒人员检测均占10．53％，无偿献血、配偶阳性检测均占5．26％。2007年HIV抗体确证阳性人群的感染途径构成比：输血占34．78％，注射吸毒、配偶阳性均占8．70％，垂直传播占4．35％。HIV感染发现途径构成比：自愿检测占65．22％，术前检测占17．39％，监管注射吸毒人员检测、配偶阳性检测均占8．70％。[结论]必须加强与该HIV抗体确证阳性人群相同年代受血者的流行病学调查和输血规范管理，以控制HIV进一步传播．[Objective] To investigate the proportion and routes of HIV-infected and detection among confirmed positive HIV people in Sanmenxia from 2006 to 2007, so as to provide scientific evidence for controlling HIV-infection. [ Methods] The 59 serum samples with positive HIV antibody screened were tested by eonfirmatively test, and the routes of HIV-infected and detection were analyzed from samples confirmed. [ Results] The proportions of HIV-infected routes of the confirmatory positive HIV patients in 2006 were as follows： 21.05% for blood filtering, 10.53% for injecting drugging, 5.26% respective for sexual infection from spouses and upright transmission. The proportions of HIV detection routes were 57.89% for VCT, and 10.53% respective for detained crowd physical examination, the clinical and the detained injecting dragger tested. The proportion of HIV-infected routes in 2007： 34.78% for blood filtering, 8.70% respective for injecting drugging and sexual infection from spouses and VCT, and 4.35% for upright transmission occupies. The proportions of HIV detection routes were 65.22% for VCT, 17.39% for pre-operation test, and 8.70% respective for detaining injecting drugger and HIV positive spouses. [Conclusion] It is neeessary to pay attention to blood filtering management, so as to control spread of HIV infection.
