摘　　要：目的评价替米沙坦在治疗原发性高血压过程中逆转左心室肥厚及改善左心室舒张功能的疗效。方法选择58例原发性高血压病且有左心室肥厚、舒张功能受损的患者,评价治疗24个月后左心室肥厚的逆转程度及左心室舒张功能的改善状况。结果与治疗前比较,LVDD、IVST、LVPWT均下降,E/A比值显著增加,替米沙坦逆转左心室肥厚及改善左心室舒张功能差异显著(P<0.01)。结论替米沙坦是一种理想的抗高血压及逆转左心室肥厚的药物。Objective To evaluate the influence of telmisartan on left ventricular hypertrophy caused by primary hypertension. Methods 58 cases with primary hypertension together with left ventricular hypertrophy and impaired diastolic function were choosed, and the improvement of them were evaluated. Results In comparison with them before the treatment, LVDD, IVST, LVPWT decreased,and the E/A ratio increased obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）. Telmisartan was effective in the treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy caused by primary hypertension. Conclusion Telmisartan is one kind of ideal medicine for the treatment of hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.
