摘 要:随动系统与机械有关的问题经常对随动系统的性能提出严格的限制。以往分析随动系统时,为了使问题简化,避免繁琐的计算,大多把机械装置当作绝对刚性传动来处理。实际上,系统运动过程中传动链的间隙所引起的机电谐振问题就会明显地暴露出来,它对系统的动态性能影响较大,甚至使系统不稳定。本文在建立随动系统数学模型的基础上,对舰炮存在的闭环内和闭环外传动间隙进行了理论计算和仿真分析,最后探讨了运用不同校正方法对随动系统带来的影响。The performance of servo system often be restricted with mechanical problem. In analysis of servo system,to reduce complex calculate,always regard the mechanism as absolute rigid transmission. In fact, mechanism is not rigid, all of them have various degrees on the deformation of materials. The actual load and gearing always have inertial and elasticity energy storage element, because of less speed damp ,the higher resonant peak will appearing in the transfer function, and the problem of electromechanical resonance ,which caused by elasticity deformation and clearance will exposed. It can give more effect of dynamic performance of system, even make system unstable. Based on making mathematical model of a certain naval gun servo system,this paper put up theory calculation and simulation analysis about clearance inside and oudside closed loop. Finally, discussed several modulation methods bring effects on servo system.
