摘 要:船舶及海洋工程模型试验中需要进行多分力测量,而很多多分力天平是可以通过简单的单分力天平的组合来实现的。因此,对单分力天平的优化设计具有重要的实用意义。本文结合试验需求,利用有限元结构分析,对一类典型的盒式单分力天平进行优化设计,而后将该优化设计结果应用于相应的二分力天平中。由此设计的二分力天平在海洋起重平台的模型试验中得到了成功的运用。该结果表明了该盒式单分力天平优化设计过程的准确性、优越性。该设计流程和优化方法可推广于天平设计中。Measurement of multi-component forces was needed in model tests of shipbuilding and naval architecture. Many multi-component balances could be compounded with simple single-component balances. Therefore, the optimization design of single-component balance had its important practical value. For the demand of tests,using a finite element struct analysis software,we have made a optimization design of one kind of a typical cassette single-component balance in this paper. With its result,a two-component balance was designed and made good application in the model tests of a crane vessel. The result indicated that the optimization design of cassette single-component balance was exact and ascendant. Thus,this design flow and also the optimization method could been extended to the balance design.
