摘  要:本文以含矿物质润滑油添加剂油润滑条件下的减速箱齿轮为对象,通过扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、纳米压痕仪、显微共焦拉曼等仪器测试分析,研究了这种添加剂对齿轮的作用效果.结果发现齿轮表面点蚀坑的微裂纹被填补,在表面形成了新物相,且表面粗糙度降低,硬度提高.齿轮表面形成的新物相含碳量很高,具有SP2、SP3的碳化学键.这种添加剂在磨损过程中引起了摩擦表面复杂的物理化学变化,形成新物相填补了裂纹,并逐渐在摩擦表面形成修复层,具有减摩抗磨和动态磨损自修复的作用.The present work investigated the worn surface of gear teeth of a locomotive gearbox lubricated by oil with a mineral additive after 400,000 km running. The evaluation was completed using SEM, AFM, Nano - indenter and Microscopic Confocal Raman Spectrometer. The results showed that the pits and their edges on the surface of gear teeth had been covered by a new substance, a bright repaired layer had been formed. It showed a quite high hardness of 17Gpa, and a much lower roughness than the original surface. The main elements of the bright repaired layer were Fe, C, O, and the C element was obviously higher at the very surface. The structure of C at the surface was most likely DLC. However, its distribution was uneven and its structure was complicated. Such a repaired layer can significantly reduce friction, resist wear and realize wear- self- repairing function.
