摘  要:为改善吸波材料对入射电磁波的阻抗匹配性能,采用不同吸收剂设计并制备了具有阻抗渐变结构的双层吸波材料,匹配层中引入二氧化锰或炭黑为填料,吸收层采用炭黑为填料,通过改变吸收剂含量和类型首次设计了9种双层匹配方案.实验结果表明,当匹配层吸收剂为10%的二氧化锰,吸收层吸收剂为30%的炭黑时,双层复合材料的电磁波吸收性能为最佳,特别是当匹配层的厚度为2mm时,其吸收性能在8-18GHz测试频段内的16.8GHz达到-27.48dB,优于-10dB的频带达8.6GHz,具有一定的工程应用价值.In order to improve the impedance match of microwave absorption materials, a kind of compound microwave absorption material with double-layer and gradual impedance structure was designed and prepared. The manganese dioxide (MnO2) or carbon black (CB) was used as the absorbent in the matching layer, and the carbon black was used as the absorbent in the absorbing layer, thus nine schemes were designed according to different contents and types of absorbents. The results show that microwave absorption capability of the compound materials with double layers is improved greatly with absorbents of 10 wt% MnO2 in the matching layer and 30 wt% CB in the absorbing layer respectively. Specially, the reflection loss of absorbing materials reaches to - 27.48 dB at 16. 8 GHz and the effective absorption band below - 10 dB gets to 8.6 GHz in the tested frequency range of 8 - 18 GHz when the thickness of the matching layer is 2 mm, which is significative for engineering application.
