摘 要:为了提高ZnO的导电性,采用稀土气相扩渗法对ZnO粉体进行了La,Pr改性.采用X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜、差热分析和电阻测试仪,对改性前后ZnO组成、结构及电性能的变化进行了研究.XRD测试结果表明:La扩渗后,在29.5°出现了一个与La有关的特征峰,Pr扩渗后,在30.5°出现了一个与Pr有关的特征峰,证明La,Pr已渗入ZnO粉体.SEM测试结果表明:ZnO粉体经La,Pr扩渗后晶粒明显细化,团聚现象减弱.热重分析表明:经稀土扩渗后的ZnO粉体具有较好的热稳定性.La,Pr扩渗后ZnO粉体的室温电阻率由1014Ω.cm分别下降到1.6×106Ω.cm和1.9×106Ω.cm,说明La,Pr扩渗可明显改善ZnO粉体的导电性能和应用性能.In order to improve the conductive property of ZnO powders, the rare earth gaseous penetration technology was introduced to modify ZnO powders by La and Pr. The composition, structure and electric conductivity of modified ZnO powders were studied by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, thermogravimetric analyses and impedance analyzer. XRD results show that the main peaks of modified ZnO pow- ders keep the same as pure ZnO powders, but there is a small peak at 29.5° of La-penetrated ZnO powders and a small peak at 30.5° of Pr-penetrated ZnO powders, which explains that La and Pr have penetrated into ZnO powders after gaseous penetration. SEM results show that the grains of powders are refined evidently and the agglomeration behavior is decreased after gaseous penetration. Therrnogravimetric analyses show that La - penetrated ZnO powders have good thermal stability. After the gaseous penetration of La and Pr, the resistivity of modified ZnO powders is decreased from 10^14Ω ·cm to 1.6 × 10^6 Ω·cm and 1.9 × 10^6 Ω·cm respectively. It indicates that the electric conductivity of La and Pr modified ZnO powders is improved evidently, which can be used widely in the future.
