摘 要:通过原位乳液聚合法和物理共混法分别制备了水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯复合乳液(PU/PA和PUA),并对不同改性方法制得的乳液进行了对比研究。通过红外(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、力学性能测试、原子力显微镜(AFM)等研究了聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液及涂膜的结构和性能。结果表明,改性后的复合乳液较PA在耐溶剂、拉伸等膜性能提高,耐水性能稍有下降;原位乳液聚合法PUA乳液综合性能优于物理共混PU/PA乳液。Compounded emulsions (PU/PA and PUA) of aqueous polyurethane-modified acrylate were prepared by in-situ emulsion polymerization method and physics blending method respectively. Comparative study was made of the emulsions prepared by different way of modification. Structures and properties of polyurethane-modified acrylate emulsions and their films were characterized by FT-IR, TEM, DSC, AFM and mechanical performance tests. Testing results showed that film performances of modified compounded emulsions were improved apparently than those of PA with respect to solvent resistance and tensile strength whereas decreased a little with respect to water resistance. The comprehensive performance of PUA emulsion prepared by means of in-situ emulsion polymerization was superior to that of PU/PA prepared by means of physics blending.
