摘  要:用硅酸钠和聚丙烯酸酯乳液对木质素进行处理,并考察了其与聚氯乙烯共混体系的流变性能、静态热稳定性和力学性能。聚氯乙烯与处理或未处理木质素共混后,其流变曲线的初期扭矩均有较大幅度的增加,同时塑化时间缩短,而平衡扭矩则基本不变。因塑化提前而分解时间提前,加工稳定性有所下降。共混试样的静态热稳定性均有所改善,其中以单用聚丙烯酸酯乳液处理木质素的共混物为最好。从整体上看,单用聚丙烯酸酯乳液处理的木质素与聚氯乙烯的共混试样,具有最佳的综合力学性能。Rheological property, static thermal stability and mechanical property ofpoly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) blended with lignin treated with sodium silicate and emulsion of polyacrylate were investigated. Initial torque of rheological curve for PVC blended with lignin either treated or not both increased obviously, plasticizing time shortened whereas its equilibrium torque kept basically unchanged compared with PVC without lignin. Plasticizing of the blend ahead of time led to decomposition time advanced, processing stability decreased slightly. Static thermal stability of blended specimens both improved, of which the blend of lignin treated with polyacrylate alone was best. And its comprehensive mechanical performance was also best.
