摘　　要：土地流转机制是制约农村经济发展的一大瓶颈,促进农村土地承包经营权的合理流转已成为当前完善和发展农村家庭联产承包经营制度的一项重要措施。从制度变迁角度考察土地承包经营权流转无疑对于土地承包经营权流转制度的完善和发展具有重要意义。Land circulation mechanism is one big bottleneck that restricts rural economy development. That the reasonable circulation of the contracted land is boosted is an important measure that currently perfect and develop the system of rural area family contract operation. That the contracted land circulation is researched from the theory of system vicissitude play an important role on perfecting and developing the circulation contractual right of rural land beyond doubt.
