摘 要:传统TIG焊技术焊接C-22哈氏合金导电辊,焊缝抗腐蚀性较差,严重影响了其使用寿命。为了提高焊缝抗腐蚀性,采用激光焊技术,焊后对焊缝进行固溶处理,采用电化学和化学腐蚀试验,分别测量了激光焊和TIG焊的腐蚀电位及腐蚀速率。结果表明C-22哈氏合金激光焊焊缝的抗腐蚀性能得到显著提高,这说明采用激光焊焊接哈氏合金有利于焊缝抗腐蚀性能的改进,从而为激光焊焊接哈氏合金导电辊的实际应用提供了技术支撑。Anticorrosion property of the weld seam for Hastelloy C -22 conductor roll welded by TIG technology is poor,which influences its service life.In order to improve the anticorrosion property,laser welding technology was applied.The corrosion potential and corrosion rate of weld seam of Hastenoy C-22 by TIG welding and laser welding were measured by electrochemical test and chemical corrosion test respectively. The results show that the anticorrosion property of Hastelloy C-22 welded joint by laser welding improves significantly.The achievement of the research provides technical support for application of laser welding of Hastelloy C-22 conductor roll.
