摘  要:激光加工技术实现了光、机、电技术相结合,是一种先进制造技术,目前正处于向传统制造技术中许多工艺过程积极渗透的阶段。金属基体表面反光严重,在激光加工过程中造成了大量光能损失。在激光相变硬化或熔凝处理中,吸光涂料在提高光能利用率方面起到了重要作用。本文介绍了吸光涂料应具有的性能要求、成分选择及工艺选择;并利用正交试验方法对涂料配比及工艺进行了优化,得出最优涂料,并利用红外吸收光谱对试验结果进行了验证,最终确定了最优涂料。The combination of light, machinery and electricity is realized by an advanced manufacture method, laser processing technology, and this process is right on the stage that permeating to many technological process of traditional fabrication skills. During the laser processing, most of the light energy is wasted because of the high light reflection on metal base. In the process of laser phase transform hardening or laser surface melting, light absorbing coatings shows importance for improving laser absorbancy. In this article, the performances which the light absorbing coatings should have were described, as well as its components and production process. An orthogonal experiment design was applied to optimize the formulation and production technology of the coatings. IR was used for certifying the test result. A satisfied coatings was finalized.
