摘 要:利用几种不同的表面处理工艺对玻璃鳞片进行表面处理,对比了各种表面处理工艺对玻璃鳞片涂料涂层性能的影响,发现利用硅烷偶联剂KH560直接掺混法处理玻璃鳞片效果较好。通过扫描电镜研究了经过硅烷偶联剂KH560直接掺混法处理的玻璃鳞片涂层和未经任何表面处理的玻璃鳞片涂层的内部结构,分析了玻璃鳞片经过硅烷偶联剂KH560表面处理之后涂层性能提高的原因。考察了不同粒径的玻璃鳞片对涂层性能的影响,结果表明80目的鳞片比较适合制备重防腐涂料。最后研究了玻璃鳞片的用量对于涂层性能的影响,发现在颜填料体积浓度(PVC)为24.70%时涂层具有最佳性能。Several kinds of surface treatment process were used for glass flake. The effect of different surface treatment processes on properties of glass flake coatings was compared. It was found that mixing of silane coupling reagent KH560 with glass flake showed the best results, the structures of glass flake coatings, which were treated by silane coupling reagent KH560 and not treated, were compared by using SEM. The reason of improvement of coatings properties when the glass flake was treated was analysed. The influence of particle size of glass flake on coatings properties was investigated and it was found that 80 mesh glass flake was suitable for preparation of heavy - duty anticorrosive coatings. The amount of glass flake in coatings was also studied and found that when the pigment volume content (PVC) is 24. 70%, the coatings showed the best performance.
