无皂改性醋酸乙烯酯乳液的制备

摘　　要：采用无皂乳液聚合方式,合成了醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸/丙烯酸丁酯(VAc/AA/BA)三元共聚物,探讨了丙烯酸丁酯结构单元、引发剂用量、反应温度对乳液稳定性、黏度、转化率以及粘接强度的影响。结果表明:BA和过硫酸铵(APS)用量分别为混合单体总质量的8.0%、0.5%,反应温度为75℃时,共聚乳液具有良好的性能。The copolymer of PVAc/MA/BA were prepared by emulsifier -free emulsion process. The influence of structural unit of butyl acrylate, initiator content and the reaction temperature on stability of emulsion, viscosity, conversion rate and adhesive strength was studied. It was indicated that when BA and APS were 8.0% and 0. 5% of the amount of mixed monomers respectively and reaction temperature of 75℃, the eopolymer emulsion showed the best performance.
