摘　　要：有机无机杂化涂料在较高温度下固化时,涂层的湿附着力好。采用有机无机组分适当配比、提高固化温度、电泳涂装和加入片状颜料都能够降低杂化涂层的通透性,从而提高防腐蚀性能。有机缓蚀剂和铈离子被用于替代高毒性六价铬盐钝化颜料。为能起长效的保护作用,把有机缓蚀剂存储在β-环糊精的内腔中形成复合物,或把有机缓蚀剂填充在多水高岭土管腔中,再覆盖上聚电解质层进行LBL自组装,然后加到杂化涂料中。存储的缓蚀剂在腐蚀过程中受到pH值的变化时再恢复活性。电化学测试表明:这种方法加入缓蚀剂的杂化涂层所能达到的防腐蚀性能已经远超过六价铬盐保护的水平。有机无机杂化涂料中新发展的超疏水性涂层,因其强烈的憎水性能,能降低水的通透性,在金属防腐蚀领域有应用前景。The title organic/inorganic hybrid coatings cured at higher temperature provide excellent wet adhesion. The permeability of the hybrid coatings film could be reduced, which allows improvement of corrosion protection of metals, on the condition of using appropriate ratio of inorganic and organic components, electrophoretic deposition, incorporation of flake pigments, curing at higher temperature. Organic corrosion inhibitor and cericion were used to replace toxic Cr^＋6 passivative pigment. In order to improve the long - term corrosion protection, the inhibitor was stored in the inner cavity of β - cydodextrin forming complex compound, or inhibitor was filled into the hydrated kaslines nanotubes, which was then covered with polyelectrolyte muhilayers forming a self - assemblings in the hybrid films. The entrapped corrosion inhibitor was released in response to pH changes caused by corrosion and provided long -term corrosion protection. Electrochemical te st showed that superior corrosion protection over hexavalent chromium coatings could be provided. Super - hydrophobie hybrid coatings may provide long - term corrosion protection as water permeation could be avoided, giving a promising future in corrosion protective coatings.
