摘 要:以氧气为气氛对纳米级炭黑进行等离子体处理,通过改变处理功率、时间和压强等条件,考察处理后炭黑在水中的分散稳定性.当改变压强、时间和功率中的某一因素时,炭黑在水中的分散稳定性呈规律性变化,每个因素都存在相应的最适条件(30Pa,80W,5min).炭黑经氧等离子体表面改性后,其在水中的分散性大大提高,经过35d的自然沉降,分散性仍可达87%.经X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析发现,炭黑经氧等离子体表面处理以后,其表面引入了CO,—OH,—COOH,O—C—O等含氧基团.Plasma surface treatment of nanometer carbon black was carried out in an oxygen atmosphere. By changing working power, treating time and working pressure, the dispersibility of treated carbon black in water was investigated. Each of the factors was changed, the dispersibility of treated carbon black in water changed regularly. Each factor had an optimal condition. The dispersibility of carbon black in water was improved greatly after it was treated by oxygen plasma. The dispersibility was up to 87% after 35 days gravity settlement. Analysis of the treated carbon black by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated that C=O,-OH,-COOH, O-C-O groups could be incorporated onto the surface structure of the carbon black.
