摘　　要：关于跨国银行在新兴市场经济动荡中的角色,学术界提出了多种假说。本文基于跨国银行在风险环境中的一般决策准则,结合影响其决策的具体因素,剖析跨国银行在不同背景条件下的行为选择,解释其现实行为的差异和变化,进而归纳跨国银行对东道国金融稳定性的综合影响。There are different hypotheses on the roles of multinational banks in economic turbulence of emerging markets among the academia.This paper models the general decision rule of multinational banks in risky environment and analyses the specific factors influencing their decisions.On this basis,the authors explore multinational banks' behavior choice under different background conditions in order to explain the differences and changes of their actual behaviors.Finally,the comprehensive effects of multinational banks on the financial stability of host country are summarized.
